"Great Chex Mix"

I found this mix welcomed at all parties and just to have out on the table. I don't like the pretzels and Wheat chex, so you won't see it here, but can add it if you like.

1 small box Rice Chex and 1 Corn Chex.
1 box duel flavor Cheese-it's chedder and Jack
put into bowl large enough to mix without over flowing

melt 2 1/2 cube butter (real butter)
add: 2 tbs. lemon juice - 2 tbs. worchester sauce - 1 tbs. Soy Sauce

1 tsp Onion salt - 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt - 1 1/2 tsp. season salt - 1/2 tsp. paprika

add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes ( mild, like pizza red pepper flakes)

stir well into melted butter.
pour over the chex mix and mix very well (don't smash the mix !)
Put into large bottom roasting pan that has 2 layers of parchment or heavey paper

heat over to 225- roast mix for 1 hour- stirring once- let cool

I made this many times at Pick's Building Material for Chucky- he loves it.
If you want top get wild, like Tiffany and Jason, dump a can of dry roasted sweet beer nuts into the mix after roasting (get wild baby!!!)
